Things to keep in mind about fire cider
1. If you have never had raw apple cider vinegar before, start with a small amount to see how your body reacts.
2. If you have an ulcer or other digestive issue, check with your healthcare provider before consuming fire cider.
3. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, flush with water.
4.Be careful not to add too much ginger if you are pregnant, as it can cause contractions.
5. If you have high blood pressure, check with your healthcare provider before consuming fire cider, as the vinegar can raise blood pressure.
6.Make sure the acid level in your vinegar is high enough. If it's not, the fire cider won't be as effective. You can check the acidity by using a pH strip or by taking it to a professional lab.
7. Store fire cider in a cool, dark place. It will last for several months.
8. If you find that fire cider is too spicy for your liking, you can add more honey or apple cider vinegar to balance it out.
